on the risks that architects and owners are exposed to during the design and construction processes.
Founded in 1997 by Frank L Metts, our president and managing principal, we remain based in the metropolitan
Greensboro NC area while supporting our clients and their projects in various locations within the continental U.S.
Currently our firm operates as a licensed North Carolina Professional Construction Consulting Firm and holds
Construction Management and General Contracting licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. In addition. we are an active
Certified Small Business in the U.S. Federal Government’s System for Award Management (SAM).
